Proposed Structure and Roles Outreach Coordinator: Oversees daily operations, scheduling, and partner coordination. Volunteer Leads: Manage small groups, ensuring safety and documentation. Street Outreach Members: Distribute supplies, build trust, and gather feedback. Community Partners: Provide resources such as food, water, hygiene kits, and referral connections. Training and Certification All volunteers will be encouraged to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification through recognized
